FRLS271 is dedicated to creating spaces where women can engage in authentic worship and meaningful community. Our mission is to encourage women to walk boldly and fearlessly in their faith and to lead with confidence and purpose in every season of life.

Everything we do is rooted in Jesus. It’s not about religion, it’s about relationship—pointing people back to Him in every season of life.

Whether stepping into adulthood, raising a family, or leading in the workplace, every season matters. We’re committed to equipping and empowering people to live out their faith with confidence and purpose.

We are not tied to one church or denomination. Our gatherings are open for all who are seeking—creating space for people from every background to worship, grow, and experience God together.

We’re called to go and make disciples. Our mission is to raise up followers of Jesus who carry His love into their homes, workplaces, campuses, and communities.

Showing up fully—unashamed, unfiltered, and fearless before God. It’s choosing authenticity over perfection, surrender over performance, and faith over fear. Walking out faith with courage, even when the path feels uncertain. It’s trusting God beyond comfort, saying yes to His calling, and refusing to let fear define your choices or limit your obedience.

WORSHIP NIGHTS + 271 COLLECTIVE
Some of our favorite gatherings are our Worship and Baptism Nights—intimate evenings centered on lifting up the name of Jesus and witnessing lives made new.
Our 271 Collective is a more retreat-style experience, designed as an intimate gathering filled with powerful worship, meaningful conversations, deep dives into important topics, and breakout sessions.
