Experience
Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Ticketing
Providing an easy and seamless first experience as attendees arrive and enter the event.
Hospitality
Creates a caring atmosphere for others serving at the event and works alongside volunteers.
Prayer Team
Pray with guests that attend or talk through next steps if they made a decision at the event.
Serving With Purpose
Volunteers are the heartbeat of FRLS271. What happens at our events isn’t just because of a stage, lights, or a plan—it’s because people show up with willing hearts to serve. Our volunteers are the first smiles at the door, the helping hands behind the scenes, the ones praying quietly over the room, and the ones who make every woman feel seen and welcomed the moment she walks in. We love our volunteers because they carry the heart of this ministry. They don’t just fill roles—they create an atmosphere. An atmosphere where women can encounter Jesus, build community, and feel safe to worship boldly and live fearlessly. Every moment of encouragement, every seat helped into, every conversation in the hallway—those moments matter more than they may ever realize. FRLS271 simply wouldn’t be what it is without them. To us, volunteers aren’t just helpers. They are leaders, encouragers, and a vital part of the movement God is building through FRLS271. And we are endlessly grateful for every single one of them.
