Volunteers are the heartbeat of FRLS271. What happens at our events isn’t just because of a stage, lights, or a plan—it’s because people show up with willing hearts to serve. Our volunteers are the first smiles at the door, the helping hands behind the scenes, the ones praying quietly over the room, and the ones who make every woman feel seen and welcomed the moment she walks in. We love our volunteers because they carry the heart of this ministry. They don’t just fill roles—they create an atmosphere. An atmosphere where women can encounter Jesus, build community, and feel safe to worship boldly and live fearlessly. Every moment of encouragement, every seat helped into, every conversation in the hallway—those moments matter more than they may ever realize. FRLS271 simply wouldn’t be what it is without them.
